Southside Medical Center at Hope Health Clinic serves residents throughout Spalding County. We provide an array of medical services including:
- Complete Medical Exams and Follow-Up Exams, as needed
- Depression Screening and Therapy
- Diabetic Screening, Testing and Treatment
- HIV/AIDS & Hepatitis Screening
- Hypertension Screening, Testing, Treatment, Counseling and Education
- Medical Laboratory Testing
- Prescription Assistance Program for clinic patients who qualify
- Referrals to Specialists, as needed
- Routine/General Medical Care
- Treatment of infectious disease
- Women’s GYN Services
- Pediatric Services
Dental Services provided:
- Cleanings
- Extractions
- Fillings
We accept Medicaid, Medicare and Private Health Insurance Plans. We also accept Self-Pay Patients who do not qualify for Medicaid or Medicare or have health insurance. We use a Sliding Fee Scale for our Self-Pay or Unemployed Patients.
