Job Details: Representative for Administrative Services

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION:
Performs administrative office duties. Deal effectively with patients in person and on the phone.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF POSITION DUTIES:

  1. Greet patients and visitors and direct them to appropriate person and/or office.
  2. Answer incoming calls and route them appropriately.
  3. Maintain appointment schedule in Patient Management System.
  4. Assist at the front desk during down time as needed.
  5. Work in fast paced and high volume environment.
  6. Performs other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent. Must have at least one (1) year of customer service experience.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  1. Demonstrates the ability to listen skillfully.
  2. Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  3. Takes the initiative and has the ability to work independently.
  4. Excellent verbal communication.
