I love Southside Medical center in Lovejoy. Especially Elisha, the referral coordinator. She went over and beyond in helping me with my situation. She kept in communication with me until the task was completed. She is a great face for Southside and represents taking initiative to the next level. Kindness, empathy and down to earth is just a few of her attributes she posses.

If u have not been to this office then what are you waiting for. The staff at the Lovejoy office are phenomenal when i say i have never had treatment from a Dr ofc such as this one the staff here are not just my caregivers but they are MY family when i say Dr Kristiana Clark has the most warm n heartfelt care i love her she listens and make decisions she know is going to work n make you feel great again i want n will not see anybody but her Wunmi her asst. is friendly and listens as well great attitude n spirit Nykena is funny and friendly she knows when i am not feeling my best but she has a beautiful spirit and when u walk in she is always smiling and aim to help you get done what you need checkin is always a breeze Shadoria is amazing she also is front desk just has a great spirit and nice oh yea heres the good part Mrs KIm is family also she is manager i love seeing her if she is busty she always takes a moment to spend time to talk to me and get a update on how my family is doing and finds ways to assist or help in anyway possible she is my heart also Dr Clark n Mrs KIm get on my you know what when they know i can do better and i appreciate them n love them Mrs Dawn is awesomely great me and my niece saw her at the same time and she made more so my niece fell comfortable through our visit and we were able to discuss things that i never would of happen with her and we left feeling sooooo good Thank you Mrs Dawn now Elisha omg i love her like a sister she is in referrals and when i say she takes her time in finding me good specialist outside of the office for other test and things she is amazing and she is my heart beautiful spirit i have never felt any attitude or like i was being rushed to be seen and they took there time to set my family up with Drs an offices that will give out the same care as they do and i couldnt ask for more but i cant end this view without saying i not gone forget the lab team as scary as i am of needles this the only office that i can b

So I had my appointment with the new OBGYN Doctor Campanelli and she’s the sweetest! I felt like I was being heard and understood completely plus very helpful which is always a plus in my book! Been using Southside since 2018 and I love the ladies there! Everyone from reception to nurses that check me in even the phlebotomist are amazing and always so friendly! If I’m not enjoying the service with a smile then I’m laughing because they are hilarious! It’s always a joy to see them! Dr. Sinclair at Southside main clinic extraordinary touch is something every woman need when things are happening to there bodies . Over the years I’ve seen quite a few doctors private office and clinics. She is a rare jewel and the world is the better for it. Her assistant has as much care and compassion as she. I would like to give them both around of applause thank you ladies. And Southside Clinic for employing such greatness.

This was the first visit fo my kids at this clinic. My kids were seen by Brittany Cole at the Ridge Ave location. She was very patient, especially since my kids are VERY BUSY. Her MA Miss Michelle and the nurse (I can’t remember her name) were very caring and professional. When we left we felt like a part of the family.

Ms.Racks is alwayssssss on point! She’s so professional and efficient, she makes your visit well worth it! Her warm infectious smile, her customer service is amazing and her beautiful spirit! I had dental work/procedure on my tooth 10.25.2023 and Dr. Battle (Dentist) and her assistants Nurse Keisha and Nicola were exceptional well.

Absolutely love Dr Sneed and Dr Champion. All of the support staff are phenomenal. Even when faced with adversity they are constant professionals. I must commend SMC on there staff training. I have never heard or seen any unprofessional staff at any location. New pharmacy staff is much better than last years.

Coming to the Podiatry here at SMC Ridge Avenue clinic has been one of the best decision I've made. No complaints at all. Service was beyond expectations especially from associate Ms. Judy Heard. The associate went through extra steps to ensure my specific covid needs were fulfilled. It was the best experience I've had with any healthcare provider. Instead of transferring me to other associates, she personally obtained the information I requested and called me back promptly. As a single father, I have to thank Ms. Judy and staff for helping me handle my covid issues.

I once was employed at SSMC during the eighties Dr Dwight Jones and Patricia Rentrope era. I started coming here for Podiatry care and I must say the entire staff provided excellent care; receptionists, medical assistants, and by all means Dr Sneed. I have only great things to say about Dr. Saboor and her assistant Kim. I feel at ease and comfortable under their care. They are reliable and caring. Dr. Saboor and staff are the best. After Dr. Alvarez left the practice, I was very hesitant to continue services at SMC. The transition wasn't a good one as far as communication with the patients. But as I'm happy I continued my care here. Dorian is also a pleasure to work with . Very efficient and helpful. Keep up the good work!!

The preparation Tech (Paula) was very helpful, professional, cheerful, patient and kind. Dr. Sneed was superb. Excellent staff

Today is the day that I have faced one of my fears!!! All with the wonderful staff here at south side medical Cleveland ave location. Dr. Battle as well as two other staff Alexia, Nichola made me feel so comfortable preparing me for my extraction produce. Everyone worked together to get the job done. Dr. Battle made sure I was ready and comfortable enough to start the produce the produce was easy and great now I can live my life without being in so much pain 🤗

Morgan Youngblood was my midwife and ebony bowers was my nurse! They were the best for my whole pregnancy!!! We loved them and will definitely use them again!

My visit with Dr Raymond Williams DDS was a n experience that will be foremost on my mind whenever I need dental services. I will also recommend anyone to this Dentist for services. Dr Williams made me feel comfortable and confident that everything will work for my best oral health. He was patient and gentle, so much so that I barely felt the procedure .

Mrs. Small literally saved my life today at the festival. Nobody knew what an asthma attack looked like and she cleared the way and got me to a normal breathing stage. I would give anything to have her around me for life. She is truly a hero by any definition

I had an appointment with Dr. Jackson for the first time on 11/9/22 to repair a chipped tooth in the front. This tooth has been repaired before by other dentists, but what made Dr. Jackson stand out was he was very attentive to my concerns. He also did something that the others didn't do, which was to make sure that all my teeth were in align with each other, and the tooth being repair look as natural and match the rest. Shout out to his assistances Nichola and Tierra, they were professional, polite and shown compassion to my every needs. This trio made my visit a stress-free one, which is why I decided to make another appointment to see Dr. Jackson for some more work I need done. I recommend everyone and anyone who is in need of a good dentist who cares about your smile and overall look, to go make a appointment with Dr. Marlon Jackson....you won't be disappointed.

Mr.Adams I sure enjoyed your sense of humor but your caring n very serious in being a great doctor always took time with my problems and sent me to get further things done I've moved far now and sure will miss you may not be my doctor anymore but if ya was to visit N.C. you would be welcome as a dear friend.I hope that statue a gifted you who looks like you will always remind you of me being proud to have met such a kind and caring man. I want to start off saying, I am grateful to be alive today thanks to God placing Dr. Donna Wilson in my path. She is my doctor & has been for quite some time, treating me for low hemoglobin, and high blood pressure. I had Covid pneumonia and was really bad off. Dr. Wilson took that final telemedicine appointment call from me looked at my face, heard my breathing, and said go to the hospital and get an X-ray so I can see the results to get you started on antibiotics right away. When I did go to the hospital they didn't give me anything the time before, so I had to go back, since then she has got me on the right track, I went to the Pulmonologist and Hemotoglist that she has referred me to to get back on track. She is the best and her staff. They have a patient for life traveling 400 miles to see them. I feel like I really have my quality of life back thanks to the Southside Medical Center team, OBGYN department Atlanta location included

I had my 1st toothache and saw Dr. Jackson at the main office. He scheduled me for an extraction. I was so nervous, Dr. Jackson and his assistant made me feel so comfortable I didn't realize my tooth was out. All done, in less than 5 minutes. Dr. Jackson isn't just a doctor, he's a magician.

I am very happy with Dr. Willie Adams and his medical staff at the Forest Park location. Not their Front Desk Staff! I came to get on a diet program with Dr. Adams. I had a abnormal ekg. He referred me immediately to a cardiologist and long story short. I am scheduled for heart valve replacement. It was critical. I thank him for taking care to make sure that I was well before we started the program. He was glad to hear that I was under the specialist care and that he sent me and so was I. He is a caring Doctor and cares about the services that each patient recieves. When I complained about the staff he was unhappy and didn't make excuses for the behavior and supported me reporting it like I told him I wanted to. He called in my scripts immediately and even printed so I could get them right away since I had run out of them before my surgery. Thanks Dr Adams for saving my life.

We enjoyed our dental visit to the Norcross office! Dr. Battle is such a pleasant person to work with! She truly cares about her patients. The front desk was helpful with working through some scheduling problems. The resolution was to our satisfaction! My wife was so pleased that she brought them a small gift!

I started going to Southside Medical center in December of last year. My first impression was this place has great front desk staff. During my first visit, I was glad I choose this place. During my follow up visit, I was shocked I had to pay full price again for a follow-up appointment, normally at my hometown doctor, I have a portal I can refer to, and/ or the doctor will give me a phone consultation. During my consultation visit, I was informed I need to get an MRI exam and make an appointment a week later. So I contacted my insurance company to inquire if they cover the cause of surgery and MRI Labs, therefore my insurance company pulled my medical records and sent me a note expanding my condition. I found more out about my condition from the insurance documentation than from the doctor who was seeing after me. So when I called to inquire about my medical records my doctor was not in, so I was referred to another doctor (Dr.Simpson). During the call, Dr. Simpson made me feel so humiliated as she was referring to the mass in my stomach as "two humongous watermelons" while putting emphasis behind her tone and repeating it over to make sure I understood. She also informed me it was my job to ask my doctor questions. I informed her, I am not a medical specialist, and how would I know what questions to ask. She was talking as though she was giggle under her voice as she was responding to my questions. So I asked to be transferred to the human resource department. She put me on hold for about five minutes, when she got back on the phone she said I think they are out for lunch so I am going to give you their number so you can call them yourself. She informed me that the person I need to speak with is DoAnna and her number is 404-564-1104. When I call that number the number was an invalid number. So I call the main number back and ask the directory to transfer me to DoAnna, she informed me she doesn’t know who that is, So I asked who can I speak with to informed them a

OMG!!!! If you are pregnant or just need an amazing lady doctor, go see Mrs.Dawn and her team over in the Lovejoy location. They are AMAZING!! I’m not the easiest pregnant woman to deal with but Mrs.Dawn made me feel like I’m not that bad ( eventho I know I got on her nerves lol) my whole pregnancy I felt like she actually cared about me and I’m not just another patient. Her centering classes are sssoooo fun. I truly looked forward to going to see her and her entire team, especially Mrs.Pat. They are my favs. And after you have your baby, they still treat you the same.. and they LOVE loving on my boys. I can’t wait to get pregnant again so I can go back and see her lol 😆

Recently I went to Hope Health Clinic for Covid-19 testing. The nurses were under a lot of pressure from heat, humidity and more patients than they had space for. Their calm, respectful and amazingly cheerful attitudes were wonderful. Thank you so much nurses!!!!!

I was a patient at the dental clinic at Ridge Ave. on Jan. 17, 2020, I was attended by Dr. Battle and her assistant Rita,. I cannot express in words the excellent care I received from both of them. They listened to my concerns and responded accordingly, while maintaining a professional and positive attitude. I am a seventy one year old woman that tends to ask a lot of questions their patience was unlimited. Thank you for continuing to provide excellent care for our community and hiring excellent staff like Dr. Battle and Rita.

Haley, Tasha, Julie, and Dr. Desire are wonderful. They are all very patient and caring to our children. They explain in easy to understand terms so that our children won't be afraid of any procedures. I would highly recommend the dental clinic!!!!!

All of the staff is so very nice. I arrived about 10 minutes before my appointment time and was called back almost immediately. Doctor took care of a small filling that was needed and also a small problem I was having with my bite (doctor explained what was causing this). No pain and everything went well. I was directed to Adult Medicine by accident and missed an appointment in Specialty. I scheduled this appointment over 30 days in advance and I was both frustrated and afraid I would have to wait another expended period, Ms. Judy Heard handled me with care and professionalism. Judy made certain I was seen by Doctor Africa in 3 days and her kindness and smile never stopped.

Dr Todd is the best! I always like coming to see him for my foot care needs. He always give great advice and educational information. I recommend people who can, come here for foot and knees issues

My 87 year old father had an incident in the bathroom (5.14.19) and Janet Cain and Dexter White was so helpful by providing paper towels, liquid soap and change of pants (orange scrub pants) for my father. This really helped my father throughout the process. Although this delayed his appointment with Dr. Todd the entire staff was so accommodating and Dr. Todd took the time and talked to my father throughout his visit. This visit could have gone horribly wrong but the staff reassured my father and I that everything would be alright. Great customer service!!!

I was very pleased with the customer service and doctors visit. I knew I had to write a review because of how impressed I was in my visit Dr Todd was excellent.

Ms. Patricia and Ms. Shaquita were ladies at the front desk in Specialty. They both had perfect quality customer service. I brought my brother here for treatment and we went to adult medicine first. They were rude and obnoxious unlike the representatives in specialty. They both smiled and had great bedside manners. After telling them about my experience in the other department, they apologized on behalf of those representatives. They treated us the way I would treat others with compassion and kindness. These two ladies need to train other reps. They are that good.

I am so thrilled to be here at Southside Medical Center. From the moment I walked into the Podiatrist office, the customer service was great. Ms Judy Heard greeted me and made sure I didn't miss being called when I left for 15 minutes. She was pleasant when I interrupted her several times. The nurse was very kind and tentative. Then oh my God, the doctor was awesome. Not only was he kind, patient, thorough and tremendously helpful. He also cared enough to call on the Lord in Prayer. Than you all so much. I will be back again and again. SMC have excellent service and people who genuinely care about the patients.

I am here to tell you that Dr Todd is the best at his job than any other doctor in Georgia. He cares about you in detail of why you are there to see him and just as a person. Dr Todd spends extra time in office to meet each and every need you have. Not 5 minutes and then leaves you. He is a wonderful doctor and as a person. I love him and he makes me want to come back more and more. Thank You.

The service I've received from the office of Dr. Todd in care of my feet is Superb!! He is the Best! The service is great and my feet feel wonderful!!! and healthy after I received service. Also, the timing of service is prompt and accurate! Just knowing there are other advertisements for being healthy that is posted, I have decided to stop smoking because of the care and his knowledge of smoking is bad for me and I thank him for his care and knowledge of making me aware!! The BEST!!!

With respect to one of your physicians at the Ridge Ave office... I have been a patient of Dr. Champion for approximately 30 years. He is extremely knowledgeable and is an excellent physician in the field of Internal Medicine. He's very thorough and seems to establish a good rapport with his patients. I'm happy to refer family and friends to Dr. Champion.
