How Can I Schedule a Ride?
Scheduling a ride with our complimentary transportation services could not be easier! With a simple phone call, you can reserve your spot for a ride.
It is important to make your reservation at least 3 business days in advance. Reservations cannot be made within 72 hours of your appointment.
When making your reservation for a ride, you must already have an appointment made with your doctor. You cannot make a transportation reservation before you have an appointment with one of our practitioners. When making your reservation, please provide the details of your appointment.
You will also need to provide a distinct address when reserving your ride. It is important to also provide clear directions to help our drivers easily reach you to pick you up.
Once your appointment is complete, our drivers will take you back to your point of origin! At the end of your appointment, let the front desk assistant know you need a ride and provide them with the address.
